It simply means something hasn’t quite settled yet - and you don’t have to work it out on your own.
A grounded, integrated approach
I offer a combined counselling and coaching approach that supports both understanding and real change. I bring together therapeutic training with a spiritual understanding of how we heal - recognising that lasting shifts happen when we work with your nervous system, your patterns, and the deeper sense of self that exists beyond your thoughts.
We look at the patterns shaping your day-to-day life - particularly around self-worth, boundaries, and relationships - and work with them in a way that feels steady and practical.

Why self-relationship matters
When relationships feel difficult or unsatisfying, it often connects back to how you treat and listen to yourself. Patterns like people-pleasing, self-doubt, avoidance, or over-responsibility usually developed for a reason. They once helped you - but they don't need to keep running your life anymore.
I work with the understanding that these patterns aren't just mental habits - they live in your body, your energy, and the way you've learned to move through the world. Real change happens when we address all of those layers, not just your thinking.

I work intuitively - tuning into what's present in the room, what your nervous system is showing me, and what wants to shift beneath the surface. This means sessions feel personal and alive, not formulaic.
