What if food didn’t take up so much space in your head?

Imagine getting on with your life without food, weight, and your body taking up all your mental bandwidth.

  • Making choices around food without negotiating with yourself.

  • Eating something you enjoy without deciding you’ve ruined everything.

  • Having a craving without feeling like you have to fight it.

  • Going off-plan without declaring yourself a failure.

That’s the kind of change we’re working towards.

It’s not just about what you eat

Weight loss can look like a food problem on the surface. But what happens around food isn't always about physical hunger.

It’s tied to your habits, emotions, self-esteem, body image, and how you cope when you’re stressed, tired, bored, or overwhelmed.

Knowing what to eat doesn’t automatically mean you’ll do it. The work is about understanding your specific patterns and finding a different way to respond.

Feel in control without having to control everything

You don't need to spend your life being “good” around food, counting every bite, starting again every Monday, or constantly fighting yourself.

Hypnotherapy works with the automatic, subconscious responses sitting underneath your eating habits, helping you handle cravings, urges, and choices without relying on sheer willpower.

The aim isn't perfection. It's freedom.

Your body isn’t a measure of your worth

For many women, weight loss gets tangled up in much bigger questions:

  • Would I feel more confident or attractive if I were thinner?

  • Would dating feel easier? Would someone finally choose me?

  • Would I finally feel good enough?

You can want to lose weight without hating the body you’re in today. And you don't have to wait until you reach a target weight to start feeling good about yourself.

Hypnotherapy can work with the automatic side of change

You can consciously know what you want to do and still find yourself doing the opposite. That's because habits and emotional responses aren't driven by logic alone.

Hypnotherapy works directly with those automatic patterns so you don't have to battle yourself every step of the way.

What it might feel like

  • Thinking about food less: Silencing the constant background food noise.

  • Pausing instead of reacting: Stopping the automatic reach for food when stressed.

  • Saying no with ease: Declining food you don't genuinely want without feeling deprived.

  • Ditching the guilt: Enjoying food, or getting back on track without the “fuck it, I've blown it” mindset.

  • Trusting yourself: Feeling comfortable in your body and ending the constant inner war.

What we can work on

  • Weight loss: Working on the habits and patterns that may be getting in your way.

  • Emotional eating: Breaking the pattern of turning to food during difficult emotions.

  • Cravings & late-night eating: Changing your response to evening routines and sudden urges.

  • Eating without hunger: Understanding what’s driving the urge to eat when you're physically full.

  • Body image & self-esteem: Untangling your body size from your worth as a person.

You don’t have to do this perfectly

This isn't about becoming someone who never wants chocolate, never overeats, or never has an off day.

It’s about building a relationship with food and yourself where a choice isn't a judgment, a craving isn't a battle, and an imperfect day isn't a reason to give up.

The bigger change

Weight loss may be part of what you want. But perhaps what you really want is to feel different in your own skin.

  • Less criticism.

  • Less guilt.

  • Less fighting.

  • More trust.

  • More freedom.

  • More peace.

You don't need to become a different person to get there. You just need to change the patterns that aren't serving you anymore.

Frequently asked questions

Will I be put in a trance or lose control during hypnotherapy?

No. Hypnotherapy involves a state of focused attention and relaxation. You remain fully aware, in control, and able to talk throughout the session.

Does this replace a diet or meal plan?

No. I don't give out meal plans or tell you what to eat. You likely already know what healthy eating looks like. The work focuses on what's getting in the way and changing the automatic habits and emotional loops around food.

What if I've tried hypnotherapy or diets before and they didn't work?

If diets haven't worked for you, it doesn't necessarily mean you lack willpower. Diets can focus heavily on what you eat without addressing what's happening underneath. We look at the full picture, including your stress, self-esteem, habits and emotional triggers, so you can work on the patterns that may be getting in your way.

Ready to feel different around food and yourself?

You don't need another Monday morning promise that this time you'll be perfect. You need an approach that looks at what is actually keeping you stuck.

A simple, 15-minute conversation to talk about what's happening for you and work out which option makes the most sense.
